You will be applying your quality engineering expertise to delivery best-in-class experience for our global sales and service organization.\nHere at Waters, we look to our team members to be versatile and enthusiastic about tackling new problems, display leadership qualities, and business outcome focused.\nResponsibilities\nLeverage a full and complete knowledge of QA best practices to achieve quality standards \nDrive and build scripts and procedures for both manual test and automated test cases, based upon business requirements and functional specifications, for cloud solutions including Salesforce, SAP, and Web technologies\nRecommends acceptable risks in the application working with the technical team and senior management\nDevelop deep understanding of the product, engineering processes, tools, and concepts to effectively narrow down defects. Ability to not only find a defect but also to narrow it down to the root cause.\nImplement QA Metrics and prioritize development and production bugs\nManage and grow the automated test suite and other developer self-service tools\nDrive resolution of technology roadblocks including code, infrastructure, build, and deployment limitations through collaboration with internal teams as needed.\nCoordinate with external vendors to identify and implement execution workflows\nEscalation point to assist support tickets and document defects, narrowing issues down to core problems\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related experience \n5+ years of experience in software development and/or quality engineering \n3+ years of experience in quality engineering with a cloud-based CRM solution (Salesforce preferred)\nProven knowledge of QA methodologies, test automation, trends, and best practices.\nGood understanding of salesforce product development\nExperience writing and executing test cases and with test automation frameworks (CRT Preferred)\nExperience in API testing (REST/SOAP)\nStrong written and verbal skills\nPrevious experience working in an agile environment preferred \nCompany Description\nWaters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) is a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, dedicated to accelerating the benefits of pioneering science through analytical technologies, informatics, and service.
