We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in.\nJOB PROFILE\nAPPLICATIONS SALES ENGINEER (ASE) - Paper Machine Clothing\nWorking location: USA Field\nCandidate location: Southwest Region of Alabama\nGeneral Description\nReporting to the US Southwest - Regional Sales Manager, the goal of the ASE is to lead the regional papermachine clothing sales team and drive grownth. This position is responsible for the supporting customers in the area, maintaining current business and meeting customer needs while driving growth.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS\nParticipate in weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasting for designated area\nServe as the frontline point of contact for day-to-day customer needs. \nConducts paper machine audits and service calls.\nCommunicates customer activity, sales opportunities, & competitive intel to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).\nProvides assistance & guideance with machine clothing installations, developing supervisory & advisory capabilities.\nTake ownership of a specified territory and devise strategies to meet sales objectives.\nMakes in-mill repairs of machine clothing to allow product to remain in operation.\nDevelop strong relationships with customers through on-site support and frequent interaction.\nMitigates warranty exposure through early detection and prevention of potential problems.\nAssists paper mills to set up proper records and complete value results platforms. \nBuild & maintain comprehensive databases on customer paper machine clothing. \nManage an expense budget within the guidelines provided.\nPerforms other job-related functions as assigned. \nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS\nEducation and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical field preferred. \nCandidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in industrial environments are encouraged to apply, regardless of formal education.
