Operational Responsibilities:

• Customer visits, meetings and negotiations

• Market data collection

• Customer data collection: indicating the decision makers, following the customers’ medium- and long-term plans

• Maintaining and updating the CRM

• Driving winning strategy implementation, in close co-operation with service in the region

• Participation in quotation preparation, in close co-operation with global sales teams and functions

• Participation in quotation review meetings

• Participation in market price analysis and pricing

• Identifying and flagging commercial and technical risks

• Sales work co-ordination together with global teams

• Ensuring compliance with ANDRITZ sales processes and guidelines

• Competitor follow-up, monitoring and benchmarking in the Region

• Representing and promoting ANDRITZ PRC (Pulp Recovery Boiler) at regional industry events, conferences and exhibitions

• Building and maintaining external network with customers, partners and sub-suppliers in the region

• Other case specific tasks

Development responsibilities

• Providing regional input to Product Home strategy, MTP- and Budget/PD implementation
• Representing and promoting ANDRITZ PRC at regional industry events, conferences and exhibitions
• Building and maintaining external network with customers, partners and sub-suppliers in the region
• Internal networking within ANDRITZ
• Promoting ANDRITZ externally and internally

Professional experience / education

• Experience in sales or project management in process industry, min. 3 years
• Having experience in Pulp & Paper Industry or relevant industry
• Have a good knowledge in Recovery Boiler
• Engineering or commercial education, bachelor's or master's degree
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia and in the APAC region

Competencies

• Negotiation and communication skills

• Capability to understand the technical solutions of PRC offering and to be able to discuss them with customers

• Cultural awareness, particularly in the APAC context

• Self-driven and capable of independent work in a remote regional setting
