With our innovative solutions in the field of future engineering technologies, we are leading the way to secure the success of our customers in key industries of tomorrow.\nWe are looking for a Division and Project Procurement Manager (m/f/d) for our Location in Vienna or Weiz.\nYOUR PROFILE\nUniversity degree in business, engineering, or equivalent\nStrong project experience in plant engineering (Anlagenbau) and complex capital projects\nSix Sigma Green-/Blackbelt beneficial\nSeveral years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in an international industrial environment\nExpertise in demand planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier management\nStrategic thinking and ability to align supply chain with business objectives\nStrong negotiation and contract management skills\nExcellent English skills; German and additional languages are an advantage\nProficiency in SAP and common SCM tools\nWillingness to travel (40%)\nYOUR TASKS\nDevelop and implement with your business partners and your team members effective and efficient supply chain strategies for complex capital projects and divisional portfolios.\nEnsure material availability and on-time delivery across all project phases.\nManage supplier relationships and risk throughout the supply chain.\nCollaborate closely and pro-active with project management, engineering, and global SCM structures.\nDrive strategic sourcing, bundling initiatives, and continuous improvement.\nImplement ESG requirements and ensure compliance within the supply chain.\nOversee contract negotiations and claim management in coordination with Legal and project teams.\nDrive digitalization and automation across supply chain processes to improve transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.\nPromote harmonization of supply chain processes across divisions and projects to ensure consistency and scalability.\nImplement international best practices in strategic sourcing, supplier risk management, and KPI-driven performance monitoring.\nBenchmark supply chain performance against global standards to identify improvement opportunities and ensure operational excellence.\nSupport the development of resilient and agile supply networks capable of responding to global disruptions and market dynamics.\nAct as interface between the procurement department and the division.\nOUR OFFER\nWe are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross € 4.472,11 per month.
