This role ensures compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations while providing financial insights to support business decisions and profitability. The Finance Manager works closely with management, business unit leaders, auditors, tax authorities, and the Board of Directors to maintain financial integrity and drive sustainable business performance.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nRegularly review and check adequate and orderly accounting, control costs, and supervise all company’s financial tools and systems.\nManages the implementation of software upgrades for accounting and cost control.\nManages implementation of Percentage of Completion Method (cost to cost method) in the accounting and in line with the Company’s Group Policy in connection with long-term Construction Contracts.\nProvide financial reporting and analysis to the management and board of directors in line with the company’s standards.\nConsolidation of the Philippine Companies for the Financial Reporting.\nPrepare the financial data with a deviation analysis for the Board of Directors meetings.\nPreparing the Annual Financial Budget and Quarterly Forecasts together with the Company’s Management, including defining and implementing measurements to improve the Company’s profitability.\nWorks closely with business unit managers to meet targets and budgets.\nManages cash flow and treasury functions, including monthly Cash Flow Reporting.\nSupervises Annual External Audits and Annual Income Tax Declarations as well as regulatory audits and resolutions.\nLiaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial entities.\nHandle tax cases with respective authorities.\nParticipating in BOD & BOC meetings\nTechnical Skills (knowledge)\n\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and management reporting.\nAbility to monitor project and operational costs, analyze variances, and implement cost optimization measures.\nExpertise in applying the Cost-to-Cost Method for long-term construction contracts in accordance with IFRS and Group policies.\nExperience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives.\nAbility to consolidate financial statements across multiple entities and ensure accurate group reporting.\nKnowledge of financial monitoring and reporting for engineering, construction, or project-based businesses.\nExperience in cash forecasting, liquidity planning, working capital management, and banking relationships.\nStrong understanding of corporate taxes, VAT, withholding taxes, tax audits, and regulatory requirements.\nAbility to coordinate audit activities, ensure compliance, and address audit findings effectively.\nExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), accounting software, and system upgrades.\nAbility to prepare management reports, key financial indicators, and presentations for Board meetings.\nCapability to analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to support business decisions.\nKnowledge of local statutory requirements, corporate governance, and financial regulations.\nAbility to establish, monitor, and improve financial controls and risk mitigation measures.\nStrong skills in financial modeling, dashboards, reporting, and data analysis tools.\nEducation\nMinimum: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting & Finance, or equivalent.\nDesirable: Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or related field is an advantage.\nPreferred professional qualification:\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA).\nTraining in IFRS, Project Accounting, Taxation, Treasury Management, or Financial Controlling is preferred.\nAdditional certifications such as CMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage.\nExperience\n\nMinimum 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Controlling, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.\nExperience in project-based industries such as EPC, Construction, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or Hydropower is preferred.\nExperience in Percentage of
