The incumbent will support our teams in ensuring a safe work environment for all. They will be working as part of a project team of Project Manager, Installation Coordinators, Commercial Manager etc. The role is a mix of office planning and preparation of documentation for the work and, on site work to ensure full compliance of projects.\nOFFICE: POINTE-CLAIRE, BOUCHERVILLE, CHAMBLY, PETERBOROUGH (Flexible but monthly attendance to Pointe-Claire)\nThe following responsibilities form the core of this role in our Canadian team.\nEnsures fulfillment of HSE requirements at construction site, following health, safety, and environmental (HSE) plan in compliance with Company standards, customer requirements and Government regulations;\nSupports Site team for HSE management and safety instructions implementation for our workers and partners;\nBelow, are listed the principal duties for this role:\nSupport the implementation of the HSE Management System across projects and departments.\nCollaborate with project teams to prepare HSE reports and statistics.\nAssist in hazard identification, risk assessments, and development of control measures.\nConduct and document safety inspections, audits, and compliance checks.\nSupport safety meetings, HSE communications, and awareness initiatives.\nParticipate in incident investigations and Root Cause Analyses.\nDeliver HSE orientation and site-specific training; coordinate required safety training.\nCoordinate emergency preparedness, rescue drills, first aid, confined space, and fire protection programs.\nRecommend and verify corrective actions for HSE deficiencies.\nEnsure compliance with OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, COR, and applicable regulations.\nSupport internal and external audits and liaise with Workers Compensation as required.\nCollaborate with Site HSE Officers and the HSE Operations Manager to maintain and improve HSE performance.\nWhy do you fit the profile?\nSuccessful teams share objectives, but also values!
