Campus recruitment activities at Canadian institutions of higher learning and trade schools will be an integral part of this person's responsibilities.\nThe role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:\nTalent Acquisition and Recruitment\nPlay an active role throughout the staffing process for vacant positions, in accordance with ANDRITZ’s recruitment policies and practices; \nStay at the forefront of recruitment trends and methods, including through a proactive talent sourcing and direct outreach approach; \nDevelop, recommend, and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract and identify top talent; \nRepresent ANDRITZ at networking events and job fairs held, in accordance with the annual calendar, at universities, CEGEPs, and trade schools across Canada; \nContribute to the development of salary recommendations that are consistent, equitable, and aligned with organizational practices; \nActively promote career opportunities to employees and support internal talent mobility; \nMonitor recruitment trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment approaches; \nRecommend innovative solutions that enhance the candidate experience and improve the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives; \nParticipate in special projects related to the priorities and initiatives of the Employee Development Department; \nCollaborate in the implementation of internal and external communication strategies. \nWhy do you fit the profile?\nSuccessful teams share objectives, and they also share values!
