This person will act as an advisor with employees and managers and play an active role in the administration of HR programs, processes, and employee relations matters/cases.\nThe following responsibilities form the core of this role in our Canadian team.\nAct as an HR business partner to employees and managers, particularly with respect to engagement, performance management, development, and labour relations;\nCoordinate the onboarding and integration process for new employees;\nActively contribute to the management of the annual performance review and salary planning process;\nServe as a key point of contact for responding to information requests and advising managers on human resources policies and processes;\nManage disability files (STD & LTD), while maintaining regular communication with employees, the insurer, and the managers concerned;\nParticipate in the development, implementation, and improvement of human resources management policies and procedures;\nContribute to the creation, development, and improvement of human resources management tools, including special projects;\nEnsure management of the employee life cycle, including the creation, updating, and confidentiality of electronic personnel files;\nProduce and publish monthly HR reports.\nWhy do you fit the profile?\nSuccessful teams share objectives, but also values!
