in.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervision of all site installation activities related to the system (Turbine, Generator, BOP, EPS)\nResponsibility for safe and cost effective execution of installation works in accordance with the project schedule and specifications\nPromoting and safeguarding the interests of ANDRITZ on site\nMain Tasks:\nSupervision of the installation works in accordance with contract specifications, drawings and installation documentation\nHands-on installation and management of the installation team to perform the required works\nEnsuring that the workface is suitably qualified to perform the works in accordance with the specifications and the ANDRITZ best practices\nActive cooperation and coordination of internal and external system interfaces (coordination of site activities and interface points with internal resources, other contractors, subcontractors, partners and customer)\nActive cooperation and coordination to optimise site manning and cost control\nRisk assessment of the planned works, safety coordination with others, and implementation of safety measures in accordance with the health, safety and environmental plan\nProgress and process monitoring of the works following detailed site schedule and project specifications\nMonitoring and/or performance of inspections, measurements, and preparation/completion of installation documentation and test reports\nTimely reporting and participation in resolution of site non-conformities, system interface and technical issues, and preparation of records for possible claims\nReceiving goods as well as coordinating the incoming inspection, proper storage and maintenance of the goods whilst in storage\nInternal reporting of accidents and incidents critical to safety (near misses)\nPreparation of daily logs and input to weekly/monthly reports of installation activities\nPreparation and timely acquisition of all required manpower, tools, equipment and devices for each particular installation process\nCompilation of the required actual drawings and installation documentation\nProper, safe and professional component handling\nPreparation and hand over of the spare parts, project tools and devices in coordination with the SM\nOn-site training of the client personnel as specified\nCooperation and coordination with other site staff, including Installation Supervisors, Commissioning Coordinator/Engineers\nInput for final as-built drawings\nQualifications:\n5+ years of proven experience in a foreman, site supervisor and/or manager role related to Hydroelectric Turbines, Generators, Balance of Plant and/or Electrical Power Systems.\nExperience working on large, complex construction projects.\nCapabilities:\nKnowledge of OSHA standards\nKnowledge of applicable ISO Standards\nFamiliarity with applicable US Standards\nAble to read engineering drawings and procedures\nAbility to read and understand contract requirements\nAbility to identify non-conformances and
