This role is responsible for operating manual and automated equipment to machine precision components while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.\nResponsibilities\nSet up and operate manual and automated manufacturing equipment.\nOperate knee mills, through-feed routers, CNC router tables, and related equipment.\nMachine long components accurately while meeting dimensional specifications.\nRead and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and production specifications.\nInspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, indicators, and straightedges.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.\nSupport continuous improvement, quality standards, and team production goals.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience and knowledge.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience operating machines or production equipment.\nExperience with CNC equipment, manual equipment, router tables, or milling machines preferred.\nAbility to read drawings, follow instructions, and work with tight tolerances.\nStrong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.\nExperience with
