This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, develops team capability, improves equipment reliability, and supports productivity, quality, and cost objectives.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead and reinforce safe work practices, company policies, and employee accountability.\nPlan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.\nDevelop and improve preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.\nMonitor equipment uptime, PM completion, backlog, and repair costs; take corrective action as needed.\nSupport troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated systems.\nAdminister the Confined Space Program and conduct safety observations, audits, and incident follow-up.\nCoach employees, approve time and leave requests, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement.\nADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nTrack, review, and approve employee time records and requests for vacation and/or sick leave in accordance with company policy.\nParticipate in lean manufacturing, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintain the flexibility to work any required shift or schedule based on operational needs.\nCommunicate and consistently enforce company policies, procedures, values, and health and safety requirements through shift-floor meetings and other appropriate channels.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired\nAssociate degree in a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nAt least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience and 2 years of supervisory or maintenance leadership experience.\nExperience with preventive maintenance planning, industrial equipment troubleshooting, and CMMS and/or SAP.\nWorking knowledge of OSHA requirements, lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and safe work practices.\nPreferred\nExperience with lean manufacturing, CNC equipment, robotics, automation, heat treat operations,
