We deliver quality products and solutions to our customers while fostering a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment.\nAs part of our team, you will help ensure reliable production planning and contribute to building efficient, responsive production processes that support business objectives.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nSupport development and maintenance of production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity and resource use.\nAssist with updating production orders and schedules in company planning systems and ensure data accuracy.\nMonitor production progress, flag deviations, and work with production and operations teams to address issues.\nHelp coordinate material supply and inventory checks to support scheduled work.\nParticipate in planning meetings and communicate schedule changes or updates to relevant teams.\nTrack basic performance indicators such as schedule adherence and on-time delivery.\nContribute to process improvement efforts within the production planning function.\nDemonstrate and reinforce company values and teamwork in all planning interactions.\nQualifications\nEducation:\nDiploma or degree in operations, supply chain, business, engineering, or related field preferred.\nRecent graduates with relevant co-op or internship experience are encouraged to apply.\nExperience:\nUp to three years of experience in planning, production coordination, manufacturing support, or related experience.\nExposure to integrated planning systems and an eagerness to develop system expertise.
