Services manager, this position is responsible for mechanical inspection reporting to customers, management of materials for all work, and the scheduling of outsourced repairs\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS\nMaintain and order all parts and supplies for individual jobs on an as needed basis\nMaintain and order inventory for stock items in the mechanical shop\nWork with the Quality manager to ensure inspection reports are complete and accurate\nResponsible for all quoting of jobs to customers and sales engineers\nProvide updates and reports to the Mechanical/Quality manager regarding problems and issues\nComplete outgoing reports for plain/press roll and suction rolls\nPerform other duties and projects as assigned by management\nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS\nExperience: 5-8 years in a manufacturing environment, preferable in the paper industry\nLanguages: English\nMust have proven supervisory and leadership abilities\nMust be an excellent communicator with excellent interpersonal skills\nFamiliarity with mechanical and machine repairs is desired\nExperience using SAP MD04 and MD4C for material planning, inventory analysis, and supply/demand monitoring\nKnowledge of procurement principles, purchasing processes, and vendor management practices\nProficiency in Excel\nProficiency in Solidworks to create detailed drawings is a plus\nAll qualified applicants will receive
