We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in.\nSummary of Role\nThe Process Development Engineer is responsible for evaluating manufacturing processes and configuring production systems to reduce costs, improve sustainability, and establish operational best practices through Lean Manufacturing principles. This role supports operational growth by improving process capability, manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor, maintain, and control CNC equipment through accurate machine programming.\nRead, interpret, and convert technical blueprints into finished products using CNC programming codes.\nTroubleshoot CNC machine issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.\nPerform quality assurance testing on finished products and machined components.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, workflow efficiency, process capability, and employee safety.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA, DEP, and other applicable regulatory requirements.\nSupport new product introductions by evaluating manufacturability and developing process documentation.\nQualifications (Required)\nWhen selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, abilities, and experience:\nBachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent related experience.\nMinimum five (5) years of machining and CNC programming experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent organizational and time-management capabilities.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.\nExperience with Cimatron CAM software.\nExperience with other CAM software platforms.\nWorking Conditions\nThis position may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, fumes, welding equipment, heavy-duty magnets, and industrial manufacturing environments. Physical requirements may include standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
