Maintain records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Good communication skills are essential as will be working with both internal and external customers.\nJOB RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS\nPerform daily operational needs such as purchasing, vendor return processing, inventory requirements and various reporting\nPurchase raw materials, maintenance materials, MRO, safety, office supplies and inventoried items\nReview minimum and maximum for items and adjust accordingly for optimal stocking levels\nEntry of purchase orders in the ERP system and upon receipt, verification of the items received against the purchase order, and track orders for on time delivery\nNegotiating Andritz Terms and Conditions as needed for vendor purchases\nAddressing vendor quality issues, handling complaints and raw material shortages\nResearch potential vendors and comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers\nMaintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices\nIssuing status reports on projects - reporting (weekly reports, statistics, etc.)\nMaintain records of purchased parts and outside vendor consumables and submit purchased part reports\nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS\nExperience in all Microsoft Office software.
