Serve as primary contact between Dedert and customer’s designated representatives. Coordinate the efforts of the Lead Designer and Process Engineer assigned to his projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMonitors schedule and all tasks to ensure projects are performed on time.\nWrites equipment specifications and coordinates with process engineer to ensure accuracy.\nAssists purchasing department in negotiations with suppliers.\nPrepares Purchase Order Requisitions.\nWorks with Design Department and answers all questions on equipment specifications.\nReviews internal and external drawings to ensure equipment meets correct specifications.\nEnsures that Quality Assurance Inspector performs inspections of the fabricated and purchased equipment.\nMaintains Project Control Chart and tracks all costs to maximize profit margins.\nMaintains Electronic Project files.\nEnsures timely invoicing to Customers to maximize cash flow.\nApproves suppliers’ invoices.\nCollects all Spare Parts prices in conjunction with the purchasing department.\nCollects all documentations required for the project.\nPrepares Operating and Maintenance Manuals.\nAdhere to and actively promote the ANDRITZ 8 Life-Saving Rules in all work activities.\nConsistently embody and promote the #1ANDRITZway core values and behaviors, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.\n\nScope of Decision-Making Authority\n\nHealth, Safety, and Environment: All employees have the right to refuse any task they believe is unsafe and must report such refusals immediately to a supervisor, Human Resources, or the Safety Coordinator for investigation.
