As the Quality Leader for a project, your main responsibilities will be to coordinate quality activities to ensure that the manufacture of HYDRO components/equipment meets ANDRITZ's high quality standards, to ensure good coordination with the project team, and to manage quality interfaces with the customer.\nThis position is geared toward long-term professional career development within our organization. Ideal conditions for taking on new challenges and advancing your career.\nThe following responsibilities form the core of this role in our Canadian team.\nManage the implementation of the quality management system in projects\nAnalyze customer requirements (specifications) for quality control and assurance\nDesign and deploy project-specific quality strategies and plans\nParticipate in the design and monitoring of inspection and testing plans (PIE)\nCollaborate with the purchasing team in the selection, evaluation, and qualification of suppliers\nCoordinate internal and customer validations of technical documents (e.g., PIE, welding procedures, NDT, etc.)\nCoordinate customer inspections\nOccasionally perform inspections\nManage project quality records/files\nCoordinate reports and non-conformities and follow up on the implementation of corrective or preventive actions\nConduct in-depth analyses of critical non-conformities (8D - Root Cause Analysis)\nActively participate in customer meetings, kick-offs, follow-ups, and project closings\nParticipate in design reviews\nParticipate in pre-production reviews of critical parts at suppliers\nConduct internal audits (Quality/Continuous Improvement) and participate in customer audits\nSupport the development of quality control and assurance tools or processes\nWhy do you fit the profile?\nSuccessful teams share objectives, and they also share values!
