We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in.\nBrief Description\nThe Quality Assurance Inspector / Analyst is responsible for performing focus in receiving, support in-process, and final inspections to ensure that materials, components, welding, painting, and finished machines comply with company standards, engineering drawings, and customer specifications. The inspector must be capable of interpreting technical drawings in both inch and metric systems, performing dye penetrant testing, controlling and following up on nonconforming materials, contributing to 5S initiatives, monitoring calibration status of inspection instruments, maintain compliance with ISO standards, control Non conformities. Develop ITP, Control/Perform external inspection for dropships\nKey Responsibilities\nDimensional Inspection\nInterpret and review technical drawings (inch and metric systems).\nPerform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments including: (Calipers, Internal and external micrometers, Measuring tapes, PI tape, Durometer (hardness testing), Profilometers, thread gauges, indicators and other calibrated inspection instruments\nEnsure compliance with tolerances and geometric requirements.\nVerify calibration status of inspection tools before use.\nDevelop and utilize specific dimensional inspection forms/templates to record measurement results when required.\nEnsure dimensional reports are accurate, traceable, and properly maintained as quality records.\nCommunicate dimensional deviations to Engineering and Production when necessary.\nControl/perform external inspection for dropship\nWelding and Painting Inspection\nPerform visual inspection of welds in accordance with applicable codes and project specifications.\nVerify weld size, profile, workmanship, and surface condition.\nConduct Dye Penetrant Testing (PT) as required.\nInspect surface preparation and painting quality (visual and thickness checks).\nEnsure proper documentation of inspection results and NDE reports.\nNon-conformance Management\nOpen, document, and close Non-conformance Reports (NCRs).\nClearly document findings and objective evidence.\nEnsure nonconforming products are identified, segregated, and controlled according to company procedures.\nFollow up on nonconformities to ensure proper disposition, corrective actions, and effective closure.\nSupport root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.\nMonitor NCR status and ensure timely resolution.\nSupport KPIS ( IMS Objectives )\nUse systematic problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa, Pareto analysis)\nSupport development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)\nManaging Calibration Tools\nControl calibration of the measurement tools. Calibrate dates and Certificate control.\nSend instruments to calibration company\nCompliance, 5S, and Maintenance Support\nFollow company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.\nEnsure activities are performed in accordance with the Quality Management System.\nSupport implementation and sustainment of 5S initiatives in the inspection area.\nProactively suggest process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance.\nQualifications (Required)\nTechnical education in Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or experience equivalent.\nMinimum of 3-5 years' experience in Quality inspection within machining, fabrication, or manufacturing environments.\nAbility to interpret mechanical drawings in both inch and metric systems.\nStrong knowledge of precision measuring instruments.\nKnowledge of welding inspection practices.\nUnderstanding of calibration systems and traceability.\nKnowledge of 5S methodology.\nFamiliarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems preferred.\nOther Valued Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Preferred)\nStrong attention to detail.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills.\nClear documentation and reporting ability.\nAbility to work independently and within cross-functional teams.\nProactive attitude toward workplace organization, equipment care, and visual documentation.\nAll qualified
