You will act as the face of ANDRITZ for our customers, so you must be an excellent communicator, able to relay information between departments to ensure that we conduct business as smoothly and effectively as possible.\nLocation: Customer place and home office\nDay to day responsibilities will include:\nResponsible for all roll related sales (roll covers, services and new rolls) for defined customers in France\nResponsible for quotations, sales volume, customer liaison and support for Rolls customers.\nIntroduction and presentation of products\nContinuous customer service and support\nPermanent contacts with customers to prepare and support upcoming optimization and troubleshooting activities.\nActive acquisition of new customers\nComplaint management and problem solving\nSupport the start-up of PFR products.\nClose collaboration with other Andritz units\nReporting:own activities\ncompetition situation\nmarket trends\n\nEducation:\nIndustrial engineering qualifications and experience, ideally in the paper industry, but equivalents will be considered.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree (paper production/engineering, chemistry, engineering)\nOr equivalent technical education (Technician / Business Administration)\nOr experienced papermaker.\nExperience:\nMin 5 years of operative, service and/or sales experience\nProven track record in B2B sales of products in need of explanation or in comparable challenging tasks\nLanguages:\nFrench & English (fluent in written and spoken)\nPersonality:\nOutgoing, confident, and sociable.
