EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5+ years of SAP experience, with strong working knowledge of SAP modules
- Proven track record of leading SAP related projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Functional areas: S4/Hana, BW, BI, Fiori, Solution Manager, CHaRM and other interfaces
- Prior experience using a Collaboration Tool (e.g. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint for document management and sharing)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
- Must have excellent English skills, both verbal and written
- Highly self-motivated with ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines with little supervision.
- To thrive in a fast-paced work environment with strong problem-solving skills and well organized, structured work habits.
- Ability to work with a virtual team in an international environment.
- Experience using Atlassian JIRA for project and task management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties:
- Manage and mentor a regional team of SAP analysts
- Lead SAP implementation and enhancement projects from planning through execution.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Ensure system integrity, compliance, and alignment with business processes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with external consultants and vendors as needed.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other tasks that may be required.
