The publicly listed group has around 27,200 employees and more than 280 locations in over 40 countries.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).\n3-5+ years of SAP experience, with strong working knowledge of SAP modules\nProven track record of leading SAP related projects.\nKnowledge of SAP Functional areas: S4/Hana, BW, BI, Fiori, Solution Manager, CHaRM and other interfaces\nPrior experience using a Collaboration Tool (e.g. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint for document management and sharing)\nProficient with Microsoft Office 365\nMust have excellent English skills, both verbal and written\nHighly self-motivated with ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines with little supervision.\nTo thrive in a fast-paced work environment with strong problem-solving skills and well organized, structured work habits.\nAbility to work with a virtual team in an international environment.\nExperience using Atlassian JIRA for project and task management\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPRINCIPAL DUTIES\n\nMajor responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties:\nManage and mentor a regional team of SAP analysts\nLead SAP implementation and enhancement projects from planning through execution.\nServe as the subject matter expert for SAP modules.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.\nEnsure system integrity, compliance, and alignment with business processes.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.\nCoordinate with external consultants and vendors
