The objective is to maintain good equipment efficiency while maintaining a good relationship with the customer, respecting the shutdown schedule, and aiming for customer satisfaction. The service Technician is involved at several levels. Participating in the development of his or her knowledge to respond to customer requests and being able to estimate and organize interventions on Andritz customers' premises.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS\nEstablish work methods to meet deadlines\nListen to customers\nEnsure compliance with occupational helth and safety rules\nCarry out site inspections and risk assessments\nWrite service reports\nEnsure that tools and equipment (harnesses, slings, etc.) are checked for compliance with safety standards.\nRespond to emergency calls at the customer’s request.\nPerform any other related tasks\nQualifications and Experience\nMechanical experience.\nA minimum of 2 years’ experience in the pulp and paper industry or equivalent.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nExcellent interpersonal, facilitation, collaboration, and presentation skills.\nTeam-based, results-oriented approach required.\nSkilled negociator.\nStrong service orientation and experience in customers relationship, including regular and concise communication.\nAbility to unite autonomous groups around a common goal.\nWillingness to travel.\nAll qualified applicants will receive
