Builders get capacity when they need it. Providers get a reliable way to monetize, operate, and finance infrastructure at scale. Capital gets an easy way to deploy, hedge, and underwrite. In five years, Andromeda won't just participate in the AI infrastructure market. We will shape it.\nThe Role\nAndromeda's infrastructure team designs, deploys, and operates large-scale GPU clusters for AI labs and compute providers. The Technical Program Manager runs program delivery across our cluster builds. You hold the integrated plan for each build, track dependencies and risks across vendors, and keep the team and customers on one schedule. You report to the Head of Infrastructure.\nWhat You'll Own\nBuild plans: An integrated plan per build covering site readiness, procurement, logistics, deployment, and acceptance.\n\nHardware delivery: Vendor lead times and delivery schedules, tracked with procurement so servers, network gear, and optics arrive on site when the build needs them.\n\nRisk and dependencies: Site milestones, power and cooling readiness, and handoffs between teams, with early escalation.\n\nCadence: Regular status reporting to leadership and customers.\n\nProgram tooling: Tracking and reporting that scales across builds.\n\nProcess: Templates, checklists, and post-build reviews that make each build faster than the last.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nInfrastructure programs: You have run data center construction, hardware deployment,or large infrastructure programs.\n\nMulti-vendor delivery: You have managed OEMs, contractors, and integrators against a fixed date.\n\nTechnical fluency: You can follow the detail of power, cooling, networking, and server bring-up well enough to spot schedule risk.\n\nClear communication: Your status reports are short, accurate, and early.\n\nStrong Candidates May Have\nGPU clusters: Program management on GPU cluster builds.\n\nTooling: Experience automating program tracking and reporting.\n\nCertification: PMP or equivalent.\n\nWhy You'll Love It Here\nRun delivery on large-scale GPU cluster builds\n\nBuild the program function from the first hire\n\nHigh talent density, high trust team shaping the compute market\n\nComprehensive benefits for you and your dependents, including healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and unlimited PTO\n\nAndromeda Cluster is an equal opportunity employer.
