On a daily basis, the management of the company, as well as a team of Mental Health professionals, take care of the well-being of every associate and each team on a personal and professional level\nAs a Front Office Manager, you will\n· Manage the daily operations of the Front Office department, ensuring exceptional guest service is delivered\n· Monitor and manage room inventory, availability, and rates to maximize revenue\n· Ensure all front desk procedures are followed, including guest check-in and check-out, billing, and room assignments\n· Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction\n· Maintain a positive working relationship with other hotel departments to ensure teamwork and efficient operations\n· Ensure appropriate training for all team members, prepare work schedules, and compile feedback reports accordingly\n· Hold monthly department meetings keeping staff informed of all activities in the hotel, reinforcing employee standards and promoting a strong team atmosphere and culture\n· Remain current in all updates with regards to new procedures and training\n· Be aware and able to enforce all health and safety procedures\nEntry Requirements\n· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field\n· Proven, at least, 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry\n· Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written\n· Additional language knowledge would be considering an extra asset\n· Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and CRM\n· Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills\n· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities\n· Strong customer service orientation\nWe offer\n· Accommodation with AC, wi-fi, laundry access and access to our open air gym\n· Continuous training opportunities (hard & soft skills)\n· Free Counseling line for our employees and their relatives (mental health & business psychology)\n· Discounted Mini Market prices at our Employee dedicated market\n· Two meals per day at the staff restaurant\n· Transportation to/from work\n· Discounted rates at selected Andronis Restaurants\nWhy Be Part of Our Journey?\nIt is a unique chance for you to work in one of the fastest growing hotel groups, alongside dedicated colleagues and professionals.
