Aufgaben
- Beratung & Projektleitung rund um digitale Transformation
- Optimierung von Prozessen & Strukturen
- Entwicklung cleverer Lösungen (Automatisierung, Standardisierung, Internationalisierung)
- Durchführung von Programmen, Projekten, Workshops, Schulungen & Change-Initiativen
- Arbeit im Team - klar, direkt, auf Augenhöhe
Qualifikation
- Persönlichkeit & Motivation - nicht nur Zeugnisse
- Projekt- oder Beratungserfahrung im IT-Bereich oder in IT-nahen Projekten
- Analytischer Kopf und/oder starke Kommunikatorin
- Strukturierter Macher mit Eigeninitiative
- Reisebereit & sprachgewandt (C1 Deutsch & C1 Englisch)
- PM Zertifikation : PRINCE2 oder PMI/PMP/Hermes (nicht nur Agile oder Scrum)
- Erfahrung mit PM Führung mindestens drei Jahre
