They interface daily with a motivated team of program leadership, functional leadership, and customers in fast-paced environments.\nABOUT THE JOB\nAnduril is seeking talented Contracts Managers to support a variety of DoD, International, and Commercial contracts and programs. For our Reston, VA location we are actively hiring for our Intelligence Systems business line, focusing on rapid development programs. This role requires active clearance and experience with Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs). You will oversee the full contract lifecycle for Anduril's government and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and optimizing contract performance. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of commercial and defense contracting with strong negotiation skills and a passion for supporting national security through technological innovation.\nThis position will be responsible for providing contract support for various CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ Government (FAR/DFARS) contracts, Other Transaction Agreements, and commercial contracts. Support of these contracts will involve proposal support, contract negotiation, contract compliance, contract management, contract modifications, and contract close-out. This role works closely with the legal and proposal teams as well as across the spectrum of Anduril’s accounting, business operations, program, and engineering teams.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nExecute contract management throughout the life of each contract.\nComplete contract review and acceptance.\nOversee and prepare contract proposal planning and management and support preparation of proposals.\nEnsure compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.\nAssist in identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes.\nMaintain comprehensive contract documentation and compliance records.\nProvide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with government and company requirements.\nProvide program managers and executives with contract briefs during the life of contracts.\nProvide guidance on FAR/DFARS requirements and other regulatory considerations.\nCultivate strong, ongoing relationships with internal/external customers.\nProvide contractual guidance and risk mitigation strategies for contractual and business obligations.\nNegotiate complex contractual terms with federal agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s Degree in business administration, government, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience with full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and T&M government and commercial contracts.\nA strong working knowledge of US Government contracting including FAR/DFARS experience.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. You are highly respected amongst your peers and/or counterparts and known as someone who gets things done.\nU.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.\nLocation: Based in Reston, VA with travel to DC\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience with U.S. DoD major weapons platforms.\nNCMA Certifications including but not limited to CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM.\nGraduate degree in business, law, government, or a related field.\nExperience with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), FAR cost allowability rules, and Certified Cost or Pricing Data Proposals.\nSecret or Top Secret Clearance.\nUS Salary Range\n$148,000—$196,000 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
