The Manufacturing Automation team is responsible for the design, integration, and deployment of automated manufacturing systems across Anduril factories. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to help define what production automation looks like for Anduril at a national scale.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nPhysically deploy, mount, wire, and integrate automation equipment, atlas copco torque tools, tool stands, and tooling hardware across production lines\nProgram and configure Atlas Copco Power Focus and MicroTorque systems to exact engineering specifications\nDiagnose production floor issues, troubleshoot tightening failures, and optimize tightening programs (Psets)\nAnalyze tightening curves and graphs to diagnose torque vs. angle anomalies, cross-threading, and joint relaxation\nTrain manufacturing technicians and operators on the proper handling and safety of smart tools\nMaintain tooling health and calibration records to ensure continuous reliability and minimize downtime\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n2-5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics manufacturing with precision assembly systems\nHands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Atlas Copco Power Focus controllers and MicroTorque systems\nProven experience setting up workstations, routing cables, and physically deploying assembly line hardware\nStrong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze a tightening trace and identify failure modes\nMust be authorized to work in the United States\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, as well as stand, bend, kneel, and work in tight spaces to install hardware\nMust be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience using Atlas Copco software\nExperience with micro-fastening applications for electronics or small electromechanical joints\nFamiliarity with torque-tension relationships (soft vs. hard joints)\nExperience in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment\nUS Hourly Range\n$48—$57 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
