This role is ideal for a certified electrician with strong industrial experience and working knowledge of HVAC systems who is ready to take on a leadership role. You will play a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational uptime across both production equipment and facility systems.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nLead and support a team of maintenance technicians and electricians\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including:\n3-phase power (208V, 240V, 480V)\nMotors, VFDs, PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred)\nControl panels and instrumentation\nMaintain and improve critical production equipment such as mixers, dosing systems, cure systems, and inspection equipment\nSupport facility systems, including electrical distribution and HVAC (Daikin or similar systems)\nPlan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) and drive reliability improvements\nLead root cause analysis (RCA) to reduce downtime and improve system performance\nEnsure compliance with LOTO, OSHA, and NFPA 70E safety standards\nSupport equipment installation, upgrades, and commissioning projects\nWork closely with operations and engineering teams to prioritize and execute work\nUtilize CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance tracking\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nCertified Electrician (Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred)\n5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance\nStrong hands-on experience with:3-phase electrical systems\nMotor controls and troubleshooting\nPLC basics and control systems\n\nProven ability to lead or mentor others in a maintenance environment\nStrong understanding of electrical safety and LOTO procedures\nAbility to read and interpret schematics and technical documents\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nHVAC certification (EPA Section 608) or hands-on HVAC experience\nExperience in high-safety or regulated environments (e.g., chemical, aerospace, energetics)\nExperience with VFDs, instrumentation, and automation systems\nFamiliarity with CMMS systems\nUS Hourly Range\n$32.22—$43.27 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
