The Quality team works with our customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure the deployment of reliable products that meet all mission requirements, and this role ensures that every person touching quality processes has the knowledge, skills, and tools to execute at the highest level.\nWe are growing, and this role will be instrumental in building the training infrastructure to support internal site growth, the implementation of a world-class quality management system software application, and the ongoing development of quality capabilities across our internal manufacturing sites, supplier sites, and our Arsenal 1 facility. You will create and deliver onboarding programs, skills-based curricula, and continuous learning pathways that drive adoption of QMS processes and cultivate a culture of quality at Anduril.\nThe right person for this role brings extensive knowledge in Quality Management Systems, data analysis, and continuous improvement - not to operate those systems directly, but to translate that expertise into training content, competency frameworks, and development programs that help others succeed on the quality journey. If you love turning complex quality processes into clear, actionable learning experiences, thrive in a hands-on environment where you are building from the ground up, and want to be accountable for measurable improvements in workforce readiness and quality performance, then this role is for you.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nDevelop and maintain a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with the quality organization's goals, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Conduct training needs assessments across quality teams to identify skill gaps and emerging development priorities tied to program milestones and audit findings.\nFacilitate learning programs, workshops, planning sessions as needed.\nKeep management informed of Learning and Development activities, priorities, risks, and outcomes.\nManage multiple projects and initiatives through planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure.\nSupport change-management initiatives associated with the quality management systems, digital tools, employee onboarding and team development.\nEnsure learning programs remain aligned with evolving QMS, regulatory, and technical.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nA bachelor's degree in organizational development, industrial engineering, quality management, education, or a related field.\nFive or more years of experience in learning and development, training, or quality assurance within defense, aerospace, or a similarly regulated industry.\nDemonstrated familiarity with AS9100, ITAR/EAR, and CMMC or equivalent cybersecurity maturity frameworks. Experience managing direct reports or leading cross-functional project teams.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States\nUS Salary Range\n$112,000—$149,000 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
