We work in a highly dynamic environment where collaboration and idea sharing are a way of life.\nABOUT THE JOB\nWe are looking for an Operations and Logistics Associate to join our rapidly growing team in Quonset, RI. The role of the Logistics Associate is a critical part of ensuring our hardware gets into our customer’s hands and we can successfully deploy our team to support our customer’s missions.\nThe Logistics team has built a white glove service that is responsible for developing and executing Anduril’s strategy to deliver hardware and software to our customers where it is both mission critical and logistically challenging. This will require a breadth of understanding logistics, the ability to work across teams seamlessly, a deep appreciation for details, and the ability to learn new subject matters quickly. As you execute on service delivery for our customers and team members, you have the unique opportunity to improve and grow our logistics capabilities and sustainment efforts. You will be charged with helping Anduril teams solve exceptional challenges, unblocking issues, and establishing procedures, all with the intention of making sure our customers missions are being met.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nLogistics Execution\nPlan, manage, and execute logistics for all shipping to and from URS locations.\nGenerate commercial invoices and packing lists for the export of items internationally.\nWork with international trade compliance to ensure proper jurisdiction classification on exports\nOversee the secure transport and storage of sensitive equipment, prototypes, and display assets, ensuring compliance with defense sector requirements.\nDevelop logistics playbooks and contingency strategies for mission-critical event timelines.\nManage export/import documentation, ATA Carnets, customs declarations, and temporary imports.\nTransportation & Vendor Management\nManage freight forwarders, customs brokers and specialized logistics service providers.\nSelect and oversee logistics service partners with proven defense industry and government clearance capabilities.\nAct as the primary logistics liaison with event organizers, internal stakeholder and external parties.\nBudgeting & Cost Control\nTrack and analyze costs related to freight, warehousing, customs, duties, and special handling.\nDrive cost optimization while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.\nRisk Management & Process Improvement\nAnticipate and resolve potential delays due to customs, security, or geopolitical risks.\nStandardize logistics processes for repeatable success across shipments.\nDevelop and implement KPIs for on-time delivery, compliance accuracy, and cost performance.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in global logistics or supply chain management, with defense sector exposure strongly preferred.\nExperience managing sensitive and oversized shipments via ocean and air freight.\nKnowledge of ITAR, EAR, DFARS, U.S. export/import controls and import/exports controls of various global markets.\nProficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite), and reporting tools.\nExcellent communication, vendor negotiation and analytical skills.\nExperience in manufacturing supply chains is a plus\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.\nExcellent communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other departments, and all levels of management.\nEligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.\nAbility to travel globally up to 25%\nEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance\nUS Salary Range\n$1—$1 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
