As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.\nAs a Deployments Warehouse Manager, you will create a strategic plan to optimize warehouse operations, create a standard set of metrics to monitor team performance, set goals for improving performance, identify areas to reduce cost while maintaining quality, work with our partner 3PLs to ensure that they are adhering to SLAs, and serve as the final quality check for our finished goods ensuring that hardware has been prepared in line with what our customers expect. The right person for this role has extensive supply chain knowledge, has developed SOPs and implemented them, has implemented or improved ERP/WMS, has worked with 3PLs and other third parties across multiple sites, and has a track record of managing expensive inventory. If you are someone who can operate autonomously to keep a warehouse team motivated and enjoys process improvement this may be the role for you.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nDevelop and implement warehouse management strategies, policies, and procedures to comply with regulations.\nHire & train talent who can manage material flow per Anduril guidelines.\nDevelop processes that increase the efficiency (speed & elimination of waste) and effectiveness of Anduril warehouse management.\nImplement necessary systems that match Anduril Federal policies on management of government property & inventory management.\nImplement End-to-End material management measures, including FIFO adherence, material variances, cycle time optimization, scrap/obsolescence management, cycle/physical counting, and audits, etc., to ensure inventory accuracy. This includes the development & improvement of critical metrics.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, Technical Operations, Mission Operations, and quality, to aid in timely delivery of hardware.\nCollaborate with our partner 3PLs and serve as the Anduril point person for all things pertaining to our finished hardware that is stored off-site with these third parties.\nAnalyze hardware movement trends, identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement lean practices to optimize material handling, storage, and distribution.\nUtilize ERP & WMS software systems and tools to track inventory, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize material-related processes.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control protocols in all warehouse management activities.\nLead and develop a high-performing warehouse team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent work experience.\n5+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain management roles in an aerospace and/or defense manufacturing environment.\n2+ years of experience managing a lead of supervisors, associates or technicians.\nAbility to be onsite, local to Atlanta, GA.\nEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nStrong understanding of production rate, critical path analysis, and key warehouse fundamentals.\nKnowledgable of receiving and deployment documentation for domestic and international shipments.\nStrong understanding of Military Standards pertaining to shipping.\nKnowledgable of Hazardous Materials shipping regulation.\nAbility to identify safety issues with warehouse vehicles to ensure safe operations.\nFamiliarity with AS9100 standards and OSHA laws.\nExperience being hands-on and boots on the ground in the warehouse with proven skills in both process and equipment troubleshooting, and ability to adapt to constantly changing warehouse environments.\nPassion for employee development and enjoy the process of training and developing both new hires and veteran warehouse staff.\nExtensive background receiving and deployment documentation for domestic and international shipments.\nStrong understanding of production rate, critical path analysis, and key warehouse fundamentals.\nAbility to identify safety issues with warehouse vehicles to ensure safe operations.\nHands-on experience supporting process development and implementing new processes.\nExperience supporting equipment maintenance.\nKnowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing or 6-Sigma principles.\nProficient with computer use (standard browser, word processing applications) and ability to present data.\nReliable, organized and detail-oriented with excellent verbal & written communication skills.\nExperience in ramping low volume operations to high rate.\nForklift certification.\nUS Salary Range\n$123,000—$162,000 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
