In this role, you will be responsible for assembly and integration of mechanical and/or electrical components. If you are someone who is a highly motivated team player who is willing to support a fast paced team environment and detail oriented self starter with minimal oversight then this role is for you.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure Products to Order (CTO)\nStaging products\nInterpret equipment test results and work with integrators to support validation, develop test procedures, and perform root cause analysis on manufacturing issues\nFollow detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assemble products or systems\nUse various hand tools and power tools to put components together\nEnsure compatibility and proper communication between integrated components\nMaintain detailed records of assembly processes, calibration services, test results, and quality control issues\nWorking with the Production Planner to ensure timely delivery of shipments\nImplement best practices in electronic component handling, packaging, and storage while upholding rigorous quality standards\nGeneral cleaning/housekeeping duties\nAssist with prototype builds\nActive participation in production meetings\nFollow safety protocols and procedures in the workplace\nReport production issues, I.e., Quality or Process\nRequired Qualifications\nLevel 6 or higher qualification in a relevant discipline\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to rapidly adapt in a fast-paced environment\nExperience with PCBA/CCA handling, subassembly building, soldering, and calibration using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters\nAbility to read wiring diagrams, follow detailed assembly instructions, and load or verify software\nStrong understanding of Electrostatic Discharge best practices and adherence to safety protocols\nAbility to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production.\nExcellent teamwork and work ethic, needing minimal supervision\nEligibility to work full-time in Ireland (Stamp 4, Stamp 1G or EU Citizenship)\nStrong IT skills and understanding\nPrevious relevant experience in production environment\nPrevious experience working with computers\nKnowledge of SAP would be an advantage\nBe willing to travel as needed for project assignments and maintain flexibility, holding a valid driver's license\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
