In this role you will play a key part in ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products meet high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective quality assurance protocols.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nPerform incoming inspection, in-process inspection and end of line inspection. Ensure Inspection areas follow processes and best practices associated with inspection work instructions, procedures, and tools.\nCollaborate with Quality Engineering in the creation of inspection plans for incoming materials, parts, and assemblies from suppliers and monitor their compliance\nExecute on the equipment calibration and material shelf-life verification programs\nSupport Material review board processes\nSupport internal and external audits on processes and procedures.\nReview and propose continuous improvement projects for productivity gains, quality improvements, and benefits to Anduril's quality policy.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nTechnical or Associates degree in related quality/mechanical/aerospace engineering field\n3+ years of Quality and/or Manufacturing experience within the Aerospace industry\nExperience with Calibrated equipment (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, CMM etc.)\nExperience reading and interpreting engineering drawings (wire diagrams, work instructions, CAD)\nGeometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge, understanding dimension and tolerancing\nExperience with inspection of machined parts and mechanical assemblies\nExperience with inspection of Electrical and Electronic Components (Power Supplies, PCBs, wire-harnesses)\nExperience in a facility with AS9100, ISO9001, IATF 16949 or similar QMS standard.\nAbility to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a fast paced, challenging work environment.\nAbility to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production.\nAbility to lift 25 lbs unassisted\nUnderstanding of FAIR, COC, production metrics\nEligible to obtain and maintain a U.S secret security clearance\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field of study\nIPC-A-610 or IPC-A-620 Certification\nExperience with Manufacturing processes and their related systems (Jira, MES, ERP, Teamcenter, CAD)\nExperience with auditing processes and procedures in a manufacturing environment\nDetail oriented self starter with minimal oversight - strong ability to communicate with different cross functional teams.\nUS Hourly Range\n$41.35—$54.81 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
