The team works on complex manufacturing test solutions for our internal manufacturing team and deploys out to contract manufacturers. We work closely and cross-functionally with the rest of our Product Engineering groups that include Electrical, Mechanical and Firmware Engineering to solve and improve our manufacturing processes, product quality and reliability.\nABOUT THE JOB\nIn this position, you will own large parts of the end-to-end test system development - enhancing transparency and generating actional reports to support strategic and tactical decision making. You’ll support increasing efficiencies throughout our end-to-end processes, all with a focus on introducing scale and resiliency into our growing people and tools footprint. You’ll be an ally collaborating with our partner Programs, working directly with other Program Managers, Engineering Leads, Internal/External Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nResponsible for successful program execution, exceeding both internal and external stakeholder expectations and meeting all contractual commitments\nDemonstrate collaborative leadership skills by building trust with your teams, customers, and peers while holding yourself and the cross functional team accountable to execute on business outcomes\nCommunicate effectively and with confidence when engaging with customers and Anduril leadership\nManage the overall program schedule from kickoff planning to tester deployment, including critical path tracking, schedule risk mitigations, visibility to Anduril leadership and updates to the customer\nNavigate customer change requests while maintaining program velocity and adhering to financial targets through scope management and change control\nEnsure decisions support current efforts and position the company for continued hardware engineering services growth\nSupport Test Automation leadership in preparation and management of critical technical and business forums\nProvide structure to ambiguity and help drive production stakeholders towards decisions on tactical and strategic issues\nExecute creative solutions on short timelines to get answers quickly, while also considering more scalable solutions that will make Anduril successful in the long term\nAnalyze test program metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement of test product processes.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n5+ years experience managing the development of technical systems throughout the product lifecycle\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (technical background preferred)\nProven track record of managing medium to large-scale, complex programs across the product development lifecycle\nDemonstrated ability to create and execute a complex program schedule\nDemonstrated ability to actively develop and execute an effective program risk management plan\nExperience in developing and executing communication strategies for high-visibility programs\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\nExperience coordinating multiple internal and external teams within a complex engineering or technology-focused organization\nWillingness to travel as needed (up to 15%)\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field\nEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.\nUS Salary Range\n$147,000—$220,000 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
