Both teams do full-stack product work on high-availability systems, both partner directly with the business and the factory, and both contribute directly to Anduril’s ability to be the next generation defense prime.\nCorpTech Platform is the internal engineering force multiplier behind Anduril’s corporate systems. It invests in data platforms, software platforms, QA and release excellence, ERP engineering, and AI infrastructure. Platform builds the foundation for both ArsenalOS, our manufacturing and build arm, and CorpOS, the system that lets Finance and Growth operate with speed and precision.\nArsenalOS is the digital backbone of Anduril’s hardware enterprise. Through initiatives like the Autonomous Software Factory, we are rethinking how software is built, tested, deployed, and evolved by integrating AI directly into the engineering lifecycle.\nEnterprise systems are strategic engines, scaling Anduril’s business and production systems with the same rigor, speed, and adaptability as its mission critical products.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nOwn and deliver features for systems such as Forge, Anduril’s production platform.\nLevel up our team’s applications through quality code contribution and writing tests.\nLeverage frontier AI tooling for development, and contribute to our local AI harnesses.\nPartner with the factory floor to enable high rate build of Roadrunner, Fury, and other Anduril products.\nJoin an on-call rotation for software support of the production floor or equivalent applications.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with systems architecture, software product and design, factory systems, and production digital tools.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment.\nHave an area of deep expertise in one or more portions of full stack web development (i.e. backend, frontend, integration).\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related technical degree.\nExperience working with large enterprise applications and platforms with high availability requirements.\nProficiency with web-based technologies such as Javascript, React, Typescript, and web frameworks such as React or NextJS.\nUS Citizenship is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience in hyper growth startup-like environments, with demonstrated successes in scaling and maturing software development processes, team culture and methods, and ability to balance short-term and long-term trade offs.\nUnderstanding of three letter acronyms such as ERP, MES, WMS, CRM, etc.\nEligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret/TS clearance.\nExperience in manufacturing industries with hands on experience on assembly lines.\nExperience in financial operations or accounting.\nUS Salary Range\n$191,000—$253,000 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
