The AD&S Group 5 Simulation team is responsible for developing the simulation capabilities, infrastructure, and analysis tools developers use every day to analyze thousands of hours of autonomous flight time every day before flying software on a real vehicle. We are looking for engineers excited to develop foundational simulation capabilities for current and future Group 5 vehicle programs.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nScaling simulation infrastructure for training ML models / quantifying robotics performance\nCloud-based ETL pipeline infrastructure (Spark, Flyte, Airflow)\nAutomated / generative simulation environments for robotics testing\nDeveloping Python tooling for simulation infrastructure / orchestration\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nPrior experience in autonomous systems, aerospace, robotics, or other mission-critical domains\nExtensive experience developing simulation tools and infrastructure for leading commercial AV companies\nExtensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and understanding of their core services.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience with embedded Linux systems development and associated tools.\nExperience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems.\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools (like auditd, journald, selinux, Splunk).\nExtensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and understanding of their core services.\nUS Salary Range\n$191,000—$253,000 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
