Anduril’s Connected Warfare team is seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to lead test campaigns across the Army’s Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) system, Menace of Family of Systems, and related cutting-edge products.\nOverview\nAs a key leader on our team, you'll manage cross-functional test initiatives-spanning both software and hardware-in dynamic lab and field environments. Your role is critical to ensuring our systems perform flawlessly in the modern battlespace. You’ll work closely with engineering, program management, test and evaluation, and military partners, and to validate the performance of systems that are redefining defense capabilities.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead Test Campaigns:\nManage test planning, execution, and reporting for the Next Generation Command Control, and other Connected Warfare products. Provide technical leadership to a team of software and test engineers through system integration, developmental, operational, and customer acceptance tests.\nDevelop & Execute Verification Strategies:\nDefine robust verification protocols using requirements-based, scenario-based, and operationally relevant methodologies, incorporating customer standards and metrics.\nCoordinate Cross-Functional Activities:\nCollaborate with Program Management, Software Engineering, Test Engineering, test ranges, and external agencies. Oversee Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), manage test incidents, and track deficiencies.\nDrive Data-Driven Test Evaluations:\nSupervise data analysis of system performance and mission outcomes in both lab and field settings. Establish and monitor measurable test coverage metrics ensuring traceability from requirements to validation. Ensure the bodies of work for the team are segmented, organized and measured during each sprint session at the customer’s testing facility.\nStakeholder Engagement:\nRepresent the program at customer reviews, readiness boards, and milestone decision points, ensuring disciplined execution in both controlled and austere environments.\nRequired Qualifications\nHighly organized and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nBachelor’s degree in a related field (Advanced degree preferred).\n8+ years of experience in system-level test and evaluation of integrated hardware/software systems.\nProven leadership with test teams (≥ 5 engineers/technicians) and management of complex multi-site test campaigns.\nHands-on experience executing both developmental and operational test events in lab and field settings.\nStrong expertise in requirements development, test planning, verification/validation, and test reporting with traceability management. Jira management is a must have skill set.\nExperience with RF communications, tactical datalinks, and networked C2 systems in a DoD operational environment.\nFamiliarity with industry and DoD test processes including MIL-STD protocols.\nProficient in test metrics definition and reporting.\nUnderstands customer/military use cases from first hand experience and can guide engineer team members to design and test around those related uses cases.\nAbility to travel up to 25% for test execution.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in a related field.\nExperience on DoD ACAT I/II programs or equivalent.\nKnowledge of EMI/EMC, environmental testing (MIL-STD-810), and power/avionics standards (MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-1553/1760, etc.).\nFamiliarity with test automation frameworks, data analysis tools, and test instrumentation.\nExperience in CI/CD pipelines, software integration, and hardware-in-the-loop test environments.\nPrior experience in remote, austere, or tactical operational settings.\nEligible for Top Secret/SCI clearance.\nUS Salary Range\n$143,000—$191,000 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
