We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set. We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers' most pressing national security requirements.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nDesign, implement, and execute detailed test cases, plans, and procedures based on system requirements and specifications to ensure thorough validation of system functionality and performance.\nWork collaboratively across hardware and software teams in a fast-paced, quick-reaction design and development environment to comprehensively test products as they move from concept through prototype and into production.\nExecute hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) and end-to-end evaluation of integrated hardware and software, including performance monitoring, test automation, and post-test data analysis.\nAssess test coverage against established requirements, maintaining clear traceability from requirement to verification evidence.\nConfigure, troubleshoot, and test networking devices and system network architectures in support of integration and verification.\nOwn all development testing activities at a program level, tracking efforts and coordinating with POCs to ensure cross-functional coverage.\nCommunicate test status, results, and technical risk to engineering teams and stakeholders.\nImprove test infrastructure, automation, and documentation practices.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nStrong engineering foundation in a core discipline such as software engineering, hardware design, or FPGA development.\n3+ years of experience in testing and verification in support of product design and development.\nExpertise in developing and executing comprehensive test plans, detailed test cases, and rigorous test procedures for integrated hardware and software systems, with proven success in end-to-end systems testing.\nExperience with software testing methodologies for complex systems and the testing performed at each stage of the development lifecycle, through production and acceptance.\nDemonstrated ability to execute hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) testing to verify and validate system requirements.\nHands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and testing networking devices, with a working knowledge of core networking concepts.\nProven experience with systems engineering and requirements management tools to document systems and test cases and verify requirements by test, plus a willingness to learn next-generation agentic systems engineering tooling for the same.\nStrong technical communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information across teams, leadership, and stakeholders.\nCurrently possesses and is able to maintain at least an active U.S. Secret security clearance.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience implementing military standards for qualification and acceptance testing, to include MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, or similar.\nProficiency with test automation frameworks and programming languages (Python, MATLAB) for post-test data analysis and visualization.\nExperience standing up lab environments, test infrastructure, or automated regression pipelines from scratch.\nExperience supporting field testing, customer demonstrations, or operational evaluations.\nUS Salary Range\n$146,000—$194,000 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
