You will bring scalable, high-impact strategies paired with people-first service delivery.This will require managing multiple moving pieces without losing sight of smart decision-making.If you’rea self-starter eager to grow into a subject matter expert,this role is for you. \nWHAT YOU’LL DO \nDay-to-Day Operations of Shuttle and Parking Programs:\nOversee daily parking, EV charging, and shuttle operations across Southern California campuses. \nCoordinate with the shuttle vendor to ensure on-time performance and adjustschedules to meet fluctuating commuter demands. \nConduct regular audits of parking staff and shuttle operations to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with local transit regulations. \nManage the ticketing queue for employee commuter requests, parking issues, shuttle feedback, and transit inquiries. \nTransportation Project Planning & Execution\nAssistwith transportation projects (e.g., parking lot re-striping, EV charger installations, new shuttle route launches, and commuter fairs) from initiation to completion with minimal disruption to daily operations. \nCoordinate logistics, communications, and vendor activities for special campus events requiring dedicated shuttle service, valet, or traffic control. \nEnsure minimal disruption to employee commutes during road construction, lot maintenance, or inclement weather events by coordinating detour logistics. \nTrack vendor performance for shuttle service providers and parking management companies andensureSLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met. \nMaintain regular, transparent communication regardingtransportation updates (delays, route changes, construction) with employees, stakeholders, and the broader Facilities team. \nTrack ridership and parking data to generate regular progress reports, utilizationmetrics, and carbon-reduction documentation. \nProvide Support in Other Functions\nProvide operational support for the wider Facilities and Campus Operations team as needed. \nDrive continuous process improvement in commuter programs, route efficiency, and parking space utilization. \nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS \n2+ years of experience managing shuttle operations, parking logistics, corporate commuter programs, or fleet coordination.\nExperience with transportation technology (e.g., shuttle tracking apps, parking management software, EV charging platforms) is a plus.\nStrong project management skills with a proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent transit/logistics projects.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and rapid-response problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, to support transit operations and events as required.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools or space/transit management software is a plus.\nUS Salary Range\n$99,000—$130,000 USD\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
