As a candidate, you have strong technical skills with the ability to make visually pleasing low code/no code solutions, construct rich data visualizations using the Microsoft Power Platform, and excel at solutioning. You are self-starter with the drive to continuously refine and grow your skills.\nYou are proactive, highly organized and will be responsible for working with business subject matter experts and key stakeholders to understand customer business processes, objectives, and needs to provide timely and effective solutions. You will provide direct expertise to customer leadership and others in support of business intelligence, business solutions, and reporting needs.\nPlease Note: This position requires 2-days per week of on-site work at our customers location in Washington, DC. Candidates must be within commutable distance to the Washington, DC Metro area.\nMinimum Qualifications\nA minimum of 4 years of Power Platform development or consulting experience.\nExperience utilizing tools that include Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps (e.g., Model-Driven and Canvas), Dataverse, and SharePoint. App Governance and ALM a plus.\nExperience developing and supporting solutions which address a range of business needs including portals, workflow, forms, collaboration sites, document management, or business reports.\nAbility to leverage database systems including data warehouses, data marts, and models needed for business, financial, and operational analysis and/or reporting.\nExperience performing system administration tasks, migrations, and other M365 technical tasks within the M365 environment.\nFamiliarity with and ability to make use of open-source industry standards (i.e., RDS, SQL) and common data platforms.\nExperience with standard web technologies, such as CSOM, REST, JavaScript, and OData.\nU.S Citizenship (Green card holders do not meet this requirement).\nActive DOW Secret Clearance. \nBachelor's Degree OR 4 years of directly related technical experience OR equivalent combination of technical experience and relevant certifications.\nResponsibilities\nAs Power Platform Developer you will provide substantial expertise for Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other configuration and data management tools available in the M365 and Azure platform. Additionally, you will:\nPartner with the customer’s technical team members to assist with requirements analysis and decomposition, solution design, technical architecture, implementation, and delivery of technical solutions. Assess suitability for solutions in SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).\nEngage with M365 and Power Platform practitioners within the customer community for knowledge sharing.\nServe as a technical resource to our customer by providing support and guidance to users interacting with SharePoint and Power Platform implementations.\nIntegrate SharePoint with other Microsoft products using established patterns and industry best practices.\nDefine and refine data sets within data platforms authorized for customer use, including Microsoft data structures and open-source industry standards (RDS, SQL, etc). Perform data manipulation and cleansing to prepare datasets for visualization. Construct and deliver dashboards using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).\nEvaluate and support the current Microsoft environment, plan migrations, test and ensure migration success, and update solutions as needed to operate correctly within new cloud environments.\nDesign and develop solutions for SharePoint that take advantage of standard web technologies, such as CSOM, REST, JavaScript, and OData.\nPerform system administration tasks and support migration of cloud services.\nLeverage Power Platform to integrate with external APIs to enable seamless data flow and automation.\nAndworx gets things done!
