As a candidate, you have strong technical skills with the ability to make visually pleasing low code/no code solutions and be able to construct rich data visualizations using the Microsoft Power Platform. You are highly organized and will be responsible for working with business subject matter experts and key stakeholders to understand customer business processes, objectives, and needs to provide timely and effective solutions. This is a dynamic position that will have high visibility within a customer’s organization and requires the ability to perform a wide range of responsibilities.\nPlease note:\nThis position will require on-site work a few days per week at the customer's request. Candidates must be within a commutable distance to the Washington, DC Metro area.\nRequirements\n 5 years' experience building technical solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse etc.).\nAble to identify functional business requirements and satisfy business needs through design, development, testing and delivery of effective solutions.\nAbility to make solutions look good - attention to UX/UI design and solutions that are visually pleasing to users.\nAble to carry out assigned projects to their completion, establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customers, prospective customers, and vendors.\nAble to communicate clearly in spoken and written word to audiences with a wide variety of backgrounds and differing levels of technical expertise.\nAbility to successfully obtain a Position of Trust clearance. (VISA or Green card holders do not meet this requirement.)\nUS Citizenship is required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft Power Platform certifications such as:\nExperience integrating with industry leading cloud platforms.\nAn eye for clean, easy to use, UI/UX implementations.\nAn understanding of how to organize and present key data points through visualizations targeted at leadership.\nPrior experience supporting federal government customers.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Microsoft Senior Power Platform Developer, the candidate will leverage their blend of business analysis, organization, communication, and technical skills, to perform the following:\nImplement new solutions to business problems using the Power Platform and other applicable cloud platform solutions.\nParticipate in project teams with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to understand customer business processes, objectives, and solution requirements.\nTrain citizen developers and promote Power Platform usage and growth.\nAssist in monitoring, governing, and controlling Power Platform environments.\nTroubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing solutions.\nUnderstand high level data visualization needs to provide rich visualizations to leadership.\nCompile and assess user feedback to improve technical solutions.\nPerform other duties as assigned. \nAndworx gets things done!
