You will drive planning and execution across complex, multi-team efforts, mentor 4-7 technical staff per program, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients and Andworx leadership. Your work will translate successful delivery into organic growth while advancing the Andworx mission to modernize how organizations work.\nImpact & Outcomes\nDeliver programs on time, on budget, and to scope-consistently meeting contractual performance standards and KPIs.\nElevate customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and clarity on decisions and trade-offs.\nIdentify, shape, and capture organic growth opportunities that expand existing work and create advancement pathways for your teams.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end program delivery across schedule, scope, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder engagement.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with Government Contracting Officers (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR), and procurement analysts; ensure timely execution of procurement and administrative activities.\nStand up and run lightweight program operating rhythms (status, risks, decisions) with crisp reporting to clients and Andworx leadership.\nHire, onboard, coach, and develop program personnel; conduct regular 1:1s, career conversations, feedback cycles, and annual reviews.\nConnect engineers and analysts to mentors and communities of practice; foster learning, reuse, and delivery excellence.\nLead multi-program planning: translate strategy into roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes; course-correct as needed.\nChampion continuous improvement-simplify processes, remove blockers, and standardize proven practices across programs.\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of program management experience leading technical teams and supervising/mentoring staff.\nExperience in Federal Government contracting with working knowledge of FAR and acquisition processes.\nProven P&L or program financial ownership with demonstrated account growth and customer relationship management.\nExcellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nTrack record coordinating concurrent workstreams to successful delivery.\nExperience creating roadmaps and project plans with technical team input; aligning teams and delivering against the plan while adapting to evolving needs.\nEntrepreneurial mindset-distill ambiguity into actionable tasks and resilient plans.\nPositive, proactive, and collaborative-drives momentum toward objectives and milestones.\nU.S. citizenship.\nActive Secret clearance or ability to obtain.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP);\nExperience with or general understanding of Microsoft cloud services.\nExperience with software development, low code development, or data analytics programs.\nCore Competencies\nProgram Leadership: sets clear goals, drives accountability, and navigates trade-offs with urgency and integrity.\nStakeholder Management: builds trust with customers and partners; anticipates needs and manages expectations.\nOperational Excellence: applies repeatable rhythms, dashboards, and QC practices; manages risks and changes early.\nTalent Development: elevates teams through coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.\nDelivery Modernization: comfortable guiding teams adopting low-code, cloud, automation, and data-driven practices.\nWhat success looks like\n30 days: Build relationships with direct reports, clients, and leadership; establish regular check-ins; learn Andworx and client processes; share initial findings and action plan.\n60 days: Be a trusted advisor; implement program rhythms, reporting, and delivery practices; adjust plans to meet evolving needs and achieve outcomes.\n90 days: Implement process improvements across programs; demonstrate measurable progress on delivery KPIs and customer satisfaction.\nAndworx gets things done!
