This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team where you will have high visibility constructing SharePoint solutions that make an impact within an organization with a critical national security mission.\nPlease Note:\nOn-site work at the customer location in Okinawa, Japan.\nRelocation assistance provided. \nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in Microsoft collaboration tools and content management platforms, including experience with SharePoint, Teams, Office 365, and other Microsoft products.\nKnowledge of current SharePoint/O365 services and standards including SharePoint Designer, web parts, workflows, and customizations. \nAbility to develop solutions using SharePoint Online capabilities such as lists, document/form libraries, calendars, workflows, and other web parts to implement solutions that meet organizational needs.\nPerform SharePoint administration, including permissions management, access management, and site and content management.\nCreate, leverage, and manage various types of content across the organization's hub and maintain the SharePoint environment to ensure business relevance and policy compliance.\nAnalyze and determine detailed business requirements, goals, risks, and gaps and work with development services personnel to formulate and define the technical scope and objectives of projects.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills, with both technical and non-technical people. \nU.S Citizenship is required.\nActive Secret clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft SharePoint certifications.\nExperience creating Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. \nExperience working in an Agile development environment.\nPrior experience supporting federal government customers.\nResponsibilities\nAs SharePoint Content Management Specialist, you will leverage a blend of technical skills, business analysis, organization, and communication, to perform the following:\nDevelop and support custom SharePoint and M365 solutions for our customer.\nSupport user requests for SharePoint services that include new team sites, pages, lists, document libraries, workflows, etc.\nCreate SharePoint technical guides, user guides, diagrams, and flow charts for developed solutions.\nAnticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SharePoint issues and escalating incidents as necessary on behalf of users.\nAssist and support SharePoint developers and system administrators throughout project lifecycles.\nTroubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing solutions.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nAndworx gets things done!
