ANELLO is developing next generation INS and IMU sensor technology based on silicon photonics based gyroscope technology. The EE / HW Engineer will own critical aspects of the electrical architecture and implementation, ranging from schematic board design and layout to bring-up, debug, and validation. \nIn this role you will help shape future ANELLO products with a strong sense of ownership and a product-first mentality. You will help identify opportunities and drive new ideas into action, through both hands-on technical work and thoughtful cross-functional collaboration.\nResponsibilities:\nWith support of a team, own electrical product design from concept to delivery to manufacturing, proactively anticipating and addressing potential roadblocks\nCreate interface boards and systems for manufacturing\nManage electrical engineering CAD tools and libraries\nWork with hardware team to select components and write hardware design specifications for board level assemblies\nDesign schematics and board layouts of medium to high complexity mixed signal PCBA\nWork closely with Sr ME to ensure board fitment, clearances, and thermal issues are considered during board layout\nExport accurate manufacturing info to key vendors to ensure board fabrication quality\nExport accurate BOM information to purchasing team\nInspect first articles for IPC610 workmanship\nAssist with board bring up, debug and standard EE lab work\nRequirements:\nBSEE or MSEE degree with emphasis on Analog, Mixed Signal, and DSP Design\n4+ years’ experience with schematic design, ideally w/Altium for schematic capture and board layout\nExperience in system designs from concept to mass production\nExperience with sensor integration including MEMS and GNSS RF design\nFront-end power supply protection for products\nCommunication buses including RS-232, RS-422, CAN, Ethernet, SPI\nTrack record of delivering working product at product-oriented companies\nExcellent communications skills\nPassion for continuous learning and exploring new technologies is highly valued.\nAdditional Information :\nDue to U.S. government contract requirements ANELLO works under, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
