Manager\nResponsibilities\nReceiving and\nqualifying emergent and non-emergent requests for patient transfer, via air or\nground ambulance, from Hospital Case Managers, Transfer Centers, Commercial\nInsurance Carriers, Corporate Partners and Private Families.\nQuoting, negotiating\nand coordinating day-to-day flight operations in accordance with all Federal\nand company regulations and requirements.\nUnderstanding\nAircraft specifications, capabilities and aviation terminology to assist\nOperations in the scheduling of Aircraft and pending flights.\nUnderstanding\nmedical conditions, terminology and flight physiology to appropriately\ncommunicate information to Clinical Manager and Medical Director in\nestablishing patient transport status and coordination of transfer.\nUnderstanding Crew\nResources and capabilities, both medical and flight.\nBriefing Flight and\nMedical Crews on all aspects of flights\nFulfilling all\nspecial requests or notifications from Flight or Medical Crews.\nMonitoring the\nprogress of all phases of transport and flight follow from departure through\narrival.\nUpdating All parties\nat each phase of the transport and providing a “high touch” experience for Case\nManagers, Corporate Partners, and Private Patient Families by being available\nto answer questions, address concerns and establish a level of comfort and trust.\nImplementing company\nsafety procedures and policies, departmental procedures, and policies, as well\noperational standards and procedures.\nConducting periodic\nmarket research to determine competitive industry position.\nUtilizing CRM for\ncollecting, organizing and analyzing key market information, opportunities and\nclient data to promote company brand and services.\nReporting directly\nto Flight Coordination Supervisor\nThe schedule we are hiring for is Monday through Friday, 9pm MST to
