Radiate critical info for external teams and other business decisions.\nExecute End-to-End: Leverage ai, testing, data, customer feedback, and intuition to make confidence changes that impact stakeholders across all levels of the tech \nRequirements\nWhat You’ll Need\n6+ years experience writing high-performance reusable code.\nExperience in leveraging code agents and ai models to fast-track outcomes.\nExperience with VOD streaming applications (HLS, Encoding, DRM) is preferred, but not required.\nExpert level knowledge within our chosen tech-stack: Elixir/Phoenix\n GraphQL/REST/Protobuf/HTTPs\n RabbitMQ\n Github Actions/Docker/Kubernetes\n S3/Postgres/Redis\n Datadog\n\nExpertise with DevOps principles (CI/CD, Flow optimization, collaboration, ownership, ect.)\nPassion for careful design & architectural planning that leads to a codebase that is future-prepped and maintainable.\nExperience designing and developing scalable backend systems\nProactivity working in a dynamic environment with a high variety of users and ever-evolving requirements.\nWork environment - When in the main office, expect a comfortable, air-conditioned work environment.
