Learn more about:\nOur North Star\nCompany Strategy\nTeam Principles\nJoin us and be part of stories that amplify light!\nSummary / Objective:\nThis position is responsible for editing, organizing, and composing audio and visual content for various Angel projects and livestreams.\nRequirements\nEssential Functions:\nEfficiently organize and manage video, audio, and digital content assets.\nManage and maintain organized project files, raw footage, and digital assets for efficient workflows.\nEdit footage to enhance storytelling, pacing, and overall production value.\nApply color correction, grading, audio mixing, and sound design to ensure high-quality output.\nIncorporate graphics, music, voiceovers, and effects to create engaging, platform-optimized content.\nReview all content to identify and resolve errors, technical issues, and inconsistencies prior to delivery.\nProduce multiple versions and iterations of content quickly based on feedback and performance insights.\nEnsure all edits align with brand voice, campaign objectives, and audience messaging.\nCollaborate closely with creative directors and marketing teams to understand creative vision and deliver polished, on-brand content.\nStay current with industry trends, tools, and editing software to continuously improve content quality.\nProvide occasional, as-needed support for video production, including camera, lighting, and audio equipment.\nPrepare and deliver assets for publishing, streaming, and distribution across channels.\nEnsure compliance with brand guidelines, licensing, and applicable laws and regulations.\nMust attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings.\nProficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language required.
