Our seasoned experts are committed to producing high quality and innovative products to decrease risk and improve outcomes of arterial disease.\nWe are seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to support the production and improvement of our innovative catheters ensuring high reliability, regulatory adherence, and cost-effective manufacturability. This is a hands-on role requiring direct involvementwith manufacturing equipment. Candidates with primarily theoretical or design-only backgrounds will not be a fit.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nPrimary focus: Support the manufacturing line and advance the processes and device in order to support scale up. \nCreate and document new manufacturing processes as necessary for production at significantly higher volumes and validate as appropriate \nSupport ongoing manufacturing activities including dealing with production equipment, non-conformances, facilities and other line related issues. This includes SOLVING issues with laminators, laser welders, hot boxes, etc. \nSpending significant time on the manufacturing line alongside the assemblers to improve processes and increase quality.
