This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about making an impact through creative and data-informed brand marketing.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nAssist the Brand Manager in the execution of the 12-month marketing calendar, including campaign development, rollouts, and post-mortem evaluations.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams (CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, Ops, Social) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand objectives.\nSupport in the production and rollout of brand campaigns, including ATL, digital, influencer, and on-ground activations.\nManage the documentation and tracking of brand budgets, timelines, and campaign assets.\nMonitor key brand KPIs including awareness, engagement, trial conversion (up to 3rd ride), and campaign performance across channels.\nAssist in building social and community engagement plans together with the Social and Community teams.\nCoordinate with agency and vendor partners for creative development, media placement, and brand partnerships.\nMaintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and conduct QA checks for visuals, messaging, and positioning.\nSupport in preparing reports, presentations, and internal updates for marketing reviews and leadership meetings.\nAdhere to company policies and procedures\nAchieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior\nAccept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.\nFixed Term: 4 months contract\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.\nrelevant experience in brand, marketing, or campaign management roles. Experience in FMCG or digital-first brands is a plus.\nFresh Graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply,\nStrong understanding of marketing fundamentals, creative development processes, and campaign operations.\nExcellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines at once.\nComfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.
