Let’s get this show on the road green light!\nDuties and Responsibilities\nLead a team of software engineers by providing technical direction, mentorship, coaching, and performance\nmanagement.\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications for internal operational platforms, including\nAdmin Dashboard, Ride Tracking, and workflow management tools.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and business stakeholders to translate operational\nrequirements into technical solutions.\nDefine software architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices to ensure maintainability, security,\nand scalability.\nOversee code reviews, testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments to maintain high\nengineering quality.\nMonitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvements to system\nreliability and operational efficiency.\nChampion Agile delivery practices, sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap execution for the squad.\nRequirements\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software\nEngineering, or a related field.\nYears of Experience:\nAt least 7 years of professional software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a\ntechnical leadership or team lead role.\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong experience in full-stack software development using modern\nbackend and frontend technologies.\nSolid understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, database\ndesign, and scalable distributed systems.\nExperience building and maintaining web-based administrative or internal\noperational platforms.\nProficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or MySQL) and\nmodern software development practices including Git, CI/CD, automated\ntesting, and cloud-based deployments.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading engineering\nteams through end-to-end software delivery.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.\nExperience mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and driving\nengineering best practices.\nExperience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes),\ncloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and real-time systems is an advantage.\nBenefits\nWork your way -
